REVEALED: Real reason Why APC kicked Against Election Postponement

It has been revealed by a US based INEC consultant why the main opposition party in the country, the All Progressives Congress, APC, are kicking against the just postponed election.

The US INEC consultant who confided in NEWSDAY REPORTERS and pleaded for anonymity for fear of victimisation says that why APC party are mad at the postponement was solely because of their already planned rigging with dated ballot papers which will now be defeated as the election date was shifted from the already scheduled dates.

The foreign INEC authoritative source said APC were particularly crazy because of the waste of their already thumbprinted ballot papers which was made possible by the postponement. "Why APC is very mad about the shift in poll date is that so many already thumbed ballot papers will now go to waste" he revealed.

According to him, "the ballot papers are dated, so they have election dates stamped on them indicating the date the election held" which with the current shift in dates, the APC thumbprinted ballot papers will now be a waste and their rigging strategy were effectively dealt with.

NEWSDAY REPORTERS recalls that APC and it's national leaders have been kicking against the election postponement despite the genuine logics of INEC on why the election should be postponed.

The rigging plots of APC may not be unconnected with reasons why they believed that the February 14th and 28th polls should not be postponed.

Meanwhile, Prof. Attahiru Jega, INEC chairman has remained resolute in postponing the election calling on all Nigerians to accept the postponement in good faith. "we wish to call on all Nigerians to accept our decision, which is taken in good faith and the best interest of deepening democracy ion our country."
